The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Each page request involves technically necessary data, in particular IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is used to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Vercel may also process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the USA. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.

This website sets no cookies of its own. Your privacy choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, entry “sp-asm-consent”) so the notice does not appear on every visit. This storage is technically necessary, is not sent to us and remains until you change your choice or clear the website data in your browser.

Optional services (statistics, external media) are only loaded after your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Vercel Web Analytics is only loaded if you allow the “Statistics” category. It uses no cookies. Visitors are distinguished by a hash derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. Aggregated data such as the page visited, referrer, country/region, browser, operating system and device type is recorded. We use these statistics solely to improve the website.

The contact section can show a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC, USA). The map is only loaded if you allowed the “External media” category or loaded it with a click. Data such as your IP address is then sent to Google and may be processed in the USA. Google’s privacy policy applies.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your request. The data is not passed on without your consent.

This website is a preview. The shop’s enquiry form is disabled and sends no data; online purchases are not possible. Reservations are currently only possible by phone or email; this website does not collect any data for them.

The fonts are served by this website itself; there is no connection to Google Fonts. Links to Instagram, course pages on asm-projekte.ch or Google Maps directions only open when clicked; the provider’s privacy terms then apply.

Under the FADP you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to receive it and to object to its processing. Please contact one of the addresses above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
